Alisha Arcaria

Educator, Trainer

Alisha Arcaria’s passion in life is to help others and make a positive impact each day. An Arizona girl with Iowa roots, Alisha has nearly 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. She received her associate’s degree from South Mountain Community College, and continued on to obtain her bachelor’s degree in business and marketing by attending classes at both Arizona State University and University of Phoenix.

First licensed in 2004, Alisha spent many years with American Family Insurance, specializing in personal lines including life and health. She still holds her life insurance license in Arizona and she is excited to join JW Financial Consulting, which is an independent firm offering access to many different types of strategies from many different financial institutions.

“I like to build relationships with my clients and really get to know them. I have a genuine care and concern for their best interest, and my personal mission is to teach others how to have financial success,” Alisha says. “I specialize in helping others find solutions to create the life they want. I love seeing the end result when clients have benefited from my guidance.”

A busy mom with two boys, Alisha is very active in her church and as a volunteer with young kids in the children’s ministry. During the height of the pandemic, she created a side-hustle business called Heart Yard Signs which was featured on Fox News. Through that endeavor, she also volunteers and works with many charitable organizations and events, including Make-A-Wish® Arizona, Child Crisis Arizona, Walk to End Alzheimer’s and the Arizona Autism Speaks Walk.

In her free time, Alisha enjoys snowboarding, hiking, working out, spending time with loved ones and watching her boys play baseball.
